VIDEO: Manchester United win the FA Cup after beating City at Wembley

The footballers of Manchester United conquered it FA Cup after they defeated him in the final at "Wembley" in London Manchester City with 2:1. The scorers for United were Garnacho in the 30th minute and Kobi Mainu in the 39th minute, while substitute Jeremy Doku scored for City in the 87th minute.

In the FA Cup final, many saw City's new trophy, but Erik ten Haag surprised Pep Guardiola today, especially in the first half.

City really dominated from the first minute, but it was difficult to reach the danger zone and more serious chances before Onana's goal. At the end of half an hour, Guardiol and Ortega did not agree, the Croatian headed the ball back into the penalty area, and instead of the City goalkeeper, it was Garnacho who accepted this gift and scored on an empty goal for 0:1.

An even bigger shock followed in the 39th minute, this time United made a wonderful move. Rashford sent a diagonal from left to right, where he accepted Garnacho and played Bruno, who just passed to Mainu, who shot past Ortega for 0:2!

City were fairly harmless, apart from Silva's shot from distance which Onana easily caught, there were no shots on goal. Guardiola was visibly angry and upset by everything he was seeing, so he immediately introduced Jeremy Doku and Manuel Akanji at halftime instead of Mateo Kovacic and Nathan Ake.

City went on a total offensive, and in the 54th minute, Doku broke through and sent a rebound, and Haaland ran and hit the crossbar. Guardiola decided to make a third change, a bit of a shocker as he replaced Kevin De Bruyne and brought on Julián Alvarez in the 57th minute. The Argentinian had the next chance in the 64th minute, but he also failed to defeat Onana. United were waiting for their chance on the counterattack, Garnacho had a chance, but Ortega managed to intervene this time

As the game drew to a close, City's players came to terms with the defeat, the tempo dropping completely in the last 15 minutes, but then Wembley exploded again. In the 87th minute, Doku accepted the ball on the left side, brought it into the middle and kicked the first corner, and Onana reacted desperately and a shot that he had to defend ended up in the net - 1:2!

City haunted the United goal until the end, but failed to get the second goal and extra time. What is certainly the impression of the day is that Erik ten Haag produced a great game and that after several embarrassing and convincing defeats he managed to beat Pep Guardiola. However, despite this trophy, many still claim that the management has already decided to go into the new season with a new manager and that Ten Haag will be sacked.
