Emily Austin, an American, had an unusual encounter with Kiki, a female gorilla, at Boston Franklin Park Zoo, and the video made by her husband Michael soon went "viral".

"I never dreamed I would experience such a thing. He looked at us from his cave and wished to touch and caress the hand of our five-month-old son Kenyon. ", said Emily, adding that gorilla Kiki spent about five minutes by the protective glass looking at her son.

At one point the gorilla put its hand on the glass as if trying to take little Kenyon in its arms. Then she took her seven-month-old baby named Pablo and lifted it by the glass, proudly pointing to her baby Emily. Besides Pablo, Kiki is the mother of four other daughters.

"Her face was full of love. "Kiki showed us her baby, little Pablo.", said Emily enthusiastically and added that she hopes to be able to visit the zoo again and spend time with Kiki and her Pablo.
