VIDEO | The Kosovo Government released a drone footage of the group that carried out the attack in the village of Banjska

The Kosovo government has released drone video it says shows the movement of an armed group that carried out an attack near a Serbian Orthodox monastery in Kosovo on Sunday.

About 30 masked people in combat uniforms fled to the monastery after they opened fire on a police patrol near the village of Banjska, killing one Kosovo officer and wounding another member of the Kosovo police.

Three members of the armed group died in the skirmishes with the Kosovo police. It is still unclear who the gunmen are or who is supporting them.

The police of Kosovo seized the vehicles they used and found in them a large arsenal of firearms of different calibers, explosives, ammunition and logistics, with which, according to the estimates of the Kosovo Minister of the Interior, Djeljaj Svechlja, hundreds of people could be equipped.
