This time the main actors were Iskren Mitev, who is not the first time to clash with his colleagues from "Rebirth" and Tsoncho Ganev.

Shouts were also heard from the hall: "Call psychiatrists."
The leader of "Prerodba" Kostadin Kostadinov personally addressed the president of the National Assembly from the rostrum.
"A while ago you had a very ugly incident and we witnessed it, we heard it. I will not repeat the ugly words said by one of the MPs - his name is Iskren Mitev. This is not the first time, but a relapse. It does not matter to whom it is said. No one can swear in this room and please take action. "This is absolutely unbearable," Kostadinov said.
The incident before the eyes of Ninova
The incident happened at the moment when Frthe re-chairman of the BSP Cornelia Ninova and the resigned deputy prime minister in Petkov's government, at the height of the debate on the decision to expel Russian diplomats from Bulgaria and the implications of this step for the country.
Ninova in the National Assembly called on President Radev to dismiss the head of the State Agency for National Security (DANS).
She also asked Foreign Minister Teodora Gencovska to withdraw the decision to expel Russian diplomats, which is within her authority. She also demanded the dismissal of the Deputy Foreign Minister who signed the decision to expel them.
Ninova also called on Radev to conduct a real check on the 70 diplomats, and for those for whom there is real evidence of espionage activity to be expelled.
She commented that the current situation could lead to a real threat to Bulgaria.
