The mayor of Banja Luka, Drasko Stanivuković, became a hit on social media after he posted a video of himself dancing to the song "Flowers" one Miley Cyrus.

In Banja Luka is being held today carnival, during which various entertainers and dancers perform in the streets of the city, and one of them was the mayor Drasko Stanivuković.
