- 3-4 sherry tomatoes

1. For the dough, first add the wet ingredients and then add flour
Knead a classic soft dough and leave it to rise for 2 hour
3. Grease the baking tray well with oil
4. Grease the hands well and place the dough in the baking tray and just by pressing the fingers, stretch the dough, making holes in the dough.
5. Cut the sherry tomatoes into thin sheets and place them on the dough
6. Grind garlic in a bowl with olive oil, put garlic in granules, Vegeta, black pepper, basil and coat the focaccia
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes
