The famous chef Maja today prepared interesting recipes that play the fantasy around the classic apple pie. See how Maja prepares an inverted apple pie.

Salty caramel sauce

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon salt

 

  1. Put the sugar in a dry pan and stir until melted.
  2. Then add the butter and then the water and salt.
  3. You will get a dark brown caramel in liquid form which you will transfer to a round mold lined with baking paper (preferably in a silicone mold).
  4. Allow to cool slightly.

Charging

2 apples

1 pear

1 teaspoon butter

1/2 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro cinnamon

1 Vegeta Maestro cloves

 

  1. Cut the apples into circles and take out the middle.
  2. Fry them in a little butter until they turn brown.
  3. Cut the pears into crescents
  4. Arrange the fruit on the caramel in the mold alternately.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed cloves.

 

Dough

200 g flour

1 Dolcela pastry

2 eggs

XNUMX½XNUMX teaspoon Vegeta Maestro cinnamon

150 g brown sugar

1 Dolcela lemon sugar

80 ml O'Plant almond milk

60 g unsalted almonds

1 scoop of ice cream for serving

 

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs lightly, add almond milk, pastry and lemon sugar.
  2. Then add the brown sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the flour and crushed almonds and mix well.
  4. Add the mixture to the fruit in the mold.
  5. Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. Check with a toothpick if it is baked.
  7. When it is baked, leave it to cool to room temperature and then go to the fridge for the caramel to harden nicely.
  8. Turn the mold over and take out the pie.
  9. Serve with ice cream

Fried apple pies

Dough

2 cups of flour

100 g butter

1 egg

1/2 cup ice water

1/3 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro cinnamon

 

  1. Knead a medium soft dough from the ingredients and roll it out in a crust half a centimeter thick.
  2. Take out the square shapes with a mold and fill them with different fillings.
  3. You can add cream, jam, crushed wafers or fried fruit with a little cinnamon.
  4. Fold in half to get triangles and with a fork squeeze the ends to close the dough. Coat with water to make the dough stick better.
  5. Fry the triangles in hot oil until golden brown.
