Meat pan
3 pork chops

- Season all pieces of meat nicely with salt and pepper
- Then briefly fry your pan in oil, until they catch a crust on both sides.

Vegeta Classic
- In the same pan, fry the onion cut into large and crushed garlic, add the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper and Vegeta and rosemary.
- Pour white wine over the onion.
- Transfer the onion to a roasting pan and place the meat on top
- Pour the sour cream over the meat
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil, put the meat in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 2 hours.
Potato and ham soup
3-4 leaves Perutnina Ptuj turkey ham
2 young onions
2 potatoes
1 carrots
1 Podravka soup of 5 cereals
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tablespoon Fant for baked macaroni with ham
- Cut the spring onion into circles and put it in oil to fry.
- Add the diced turkey ham
- Boil the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and add them to the pan
- Cut the carrots into thin strips and add them to the pan
- Pour boiling water, add the finished soup, Fant for baked macaroni and a cube of soup.
- Cover and cook quietly for half an hour
- Finally add the parsley
Hot-cold potato salad
1 yellow onion
2 potatoes
1 tomato
Rukola
3-4 leaves of fresh basil
Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Salt and pepper

- Fry sliced onion in a pan of oil
- Add the boiled potatoes cut into large pieces
- In a bowl where you will serve the salad, cut the tomatoes into large pieces and transfer the fried onions with the potatoes and add the arugula and fresh basil.
- Put the sauce ingredients in a jar and mix well.
- Pour the salad with the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
