Our famous chef Maja has prepared three recipes for today that you can combine into a delicious meal - a meat pan, potato and ham soup, and hot-cold potato salad.

Meat pan

3 pork chops

100 g of bacon

 

  1. Season all pieces of meat nicely with salt and pepper
  2. Then briefly fry your pan in oil, until they catch a crust on both sides.

 

SOS

2 onions

3 bay leaves

4 cloves garlic

1 red onion

1 glass of white wine

1 cup sour cream for cooking

2 sprigs of rosemary

1/2 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro rosemary

Vegeta Classic

 

  1. In the same pan, fry the onion cut into large and crushed garlic, add the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper and Vegeta and rosemary.
  2. Pour white wine over the onion.
  3. Transfer the onion to a roasting pan and place the meat on top
  4. Pour the sour cream over the meat
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, put the meat in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 2 hours.

 

Potato and ham soup

3-4 leaves Perutnina Ptuj turkey ham

2 young onions

2 potatoes

1 carrots

1 Podravka soup of 5 cereals

1/2 bunch parsley

1 tablespoon Fant for baked macaroni with ham

 

  1. Cut the spring onion into circles and put it in oil to fry.
  2. Add the diced turkey ham
  3. Boil the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and add them to the pan
  4. Cut the carrots into thin strips and add them to the pan
  5. Pour boiling water, add the finished soup, Fant for baked macaroni and a cube of soup.
  6. Cover and cook quietly for half an hour
  7. Finally add the parsley

Hot-cold potato salad

1 yellow onion

2 potatoes

1 tomato

Rukola

3-4 leaves of fresh basil

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons yogurt

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

  1. Fry sliced ​​onion in a pan of oil
  2. Add the boiled potatoes cut into large pieces
  3. In a bowl where you will serve the salad, cut the tomatoes into large pieces and transfer the fried onions with the potatoes and add the arugula and fresh basil.
  4. Put the sauce ingredients in a jar and mix well.
  5. Pour the salad with the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
