For today, our famous chef Maja has prepared recipes for delicious sweet and savory snacks, which will perfectly complement our day. Watch Maya prepare donuts and pancakes.
Donuts
200 ml of milk
50 g butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 Dolcela dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
A little salt
A few drops of alcoholic vinegar
50 ml of sunflower oil
600 g flour
Frying oil
- Put lukewarm milk in a bowl and add the softened butter (at room temperature).
- Add one whole egg and one yolk and then add the dry yeast and mix well.
- Add the sugar and salt and add a little alcoholic vinegar and oil.
- Finally add the flour gradually and knead a soft dough.
- Leave it covered for about 1 hour and then mix it and with the help of a rolling pin stretch a crust 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with flour if necessary during stretching.
- Using a cup or a round mold, remove the donut shapes.
- Leave them covered to rise for about half an hour and then fry them in deep boiling oil. fry for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- Finally, serve them with powdered sugar, fill them with cream or jam with a syringe or pour chocolate Lino cream over them.
Tip: to grow when frying, always fry them on the side that was on top while they were ripe.
Panzerotti
270 ml of acidic water
1 egg
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon butter

600 g flour
1 egg yolk
- Mix sour water, egg, oil, sugar, yeast in a bowl and add salt.
- Then gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough and leave it to rise for about 1 hour.
- Form the dough into a rectangular shape and divide it into 8 balls.
- Form a circle from each ball with a rolling pin and coat it with the prepared sauce.
- Add turkey ham and grated yellow cheese.
- Close the panzer and make the ends like a wreath to close nicely.
- Coat the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Arrange the pancakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes.

1 clove garlic

200 g mixed cheese
200 g Butterfly Ptuj turkey fillet
