Homemade peanut butter

- 2 cups unsalted and unroasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- A pinch of salt

1. Roast the peanuts a little and then grind them in a blender with honey and a little salt until butter is made.

Granola with peanut butter and coconut

- 3 cups of Natura oats
- 50 g unsalted almonds
- 50 g unsalted hazelnuts
- 100 g of unroasted peanuts
- 50 g unsalted cashews
- 50 g of Brazil nuts
- 5 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 crushed chocolate

Put honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, spices in a bowl and melt in the microwave
2. In a deep bowl, place the oats and all the previously crushed nuts
3. Mix well and add the wet melted ingredients
4. Place the prepared mixture in a tray lined with baking paper and distribute it nicely on the surface.
5. Place in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes
6. In the middle of the baking, stir the granola lightly and return it to the baking
7. Before the end, add the coconut flakes and bake for another 5 minutes
8. Remove the granola from the oven and leave it to cool completely, then add the crushed chocolate if desired.

Unbaked muffins with peanut butter and dark chocolate

- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 3 cups Natura oat flakes
- 2 Dolcela chocolates
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- A pinch of sea salt

Put oatmeal in a bowl and mix with peanut butter and honey
2. When you mix them well, put the mixture in a silicone muffin tin, but only up to half
3. Using a spoon, spread the mixture well in the mold
4. Put first white and then dark melted chocolate on top and mix the colors with a stick
5. Place the molds in the refrigerator to firm the chocolate nicely
