A large protest procession of hundreds of citizens set off this afternoon from the central square in Negotino along "Marshal Tito" Street, marching for justice and a fair legal resolution to the tragic premature death of the young designer Frosina Kulakova, who died in a terrible traffic accident at a pedestrian crossing on "Partizanska" Boulevard in Skopje, struck at high speed by a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Vasil Jovanov, who did not have a driver's license and was driving under the influence of alcohol.

Frosina's friends released balloons into the sky for Frosina and they led the march, holding up her photos, while citizens who joined the protest in large numbers held up banners against the judicial system that had previously turned a blind eye to the crimes of the perpetrator Jovanov.

"We don't die from accidents, we die from corruption", "Enough with connections, it's time for justice", "Life has no spare parts", "How long will you trample on us?", "We demand responsibility from the irresponsible", were some of the messages written on banners that citizens addressed to the protest in Negotino.

Frosina's sister, Rosica Kulakova, also addressed the protest, thanking the citizens for their presence in large numbers and for their support in persevering with the family in their search for justice for Frosina and the fight against illegality, impunity, and corruption in the judiciary.

-The root of all problems in society comes from the judicial system because it has an indisputable obligation to show and prove that crimes must be appropriately punished. Because the legislator has provided for much greater penalties than those that the court in practice imposes. Only then will each of us know and think about the consequences before proceeding. After the history of Viasil's deviant behavior, after the fact that he did not respect any authority and the court itself concludes in the verdict that his statements are manipulative and that he has committed several previous offenses before, it makes him extremely dangerous for our society. Vasil becomes a time bomb. Because of all this, if all this, if the judge had extended his detention until the decision became final, and after yesterday's decision of the Appeals Court he had simply been sent to prison, my sister Frosina would be alive today. Therefore, we demand responsibility from judge Daniela Aleksovska Stojanovska and from all those who had a hand in the murder of my sister. Justice for Frosina, said Rosica Kulakova, sister of the deceased Frosina.

Citizens headed to Frosina's grave, and her father thanked for the support and said that the fight for justice will be long, but they will win. Those present paid tribute to Frosina and other traffic victims with a minute of silence, whose families are also disappointed by the judicial system that has not delivered higher sentences for perpetrators of serious traffic crimes.
