In 2015, the EU made an analysis that by 2025 there will be a need for over half a million health workers in healthcare across the union. It is expected that in the coming period is expected even greater emigration of this staff from the countries and from us, says Dr. Aleksandar Mitov, referring to the trend of demise of doctors and nurses from Macedonia.

- We must always plan according to the most scarce resource, in our health system and in the future it will be the staff. And it will last for the next 30 years. Our first and basic strategy will be a plan to produce such staff. When the doors of the EU are opened only for example, Romania lost 2 percent of the medical staff, says Dr. Mitov during the visit to the Morning briefing.

He also referred to the traditional medicine to which the citizens are increasingly reaching.

-Traditional and official medicine have points of contact. It also turned out that the folk wisdom was correct. Homeopathy is part of alternative medicine that uses diluted substances, including toxins, but so diluted that the body receives them only as information. In some countries in the world there is an integration of alternative and official medicine. Germany in particular has worked on their integration. The state recognizes them, it is not considered illegal, there is no conflict at that level. It is not like that in our country, the law came out a few years ago, before that such doctors were considered illegal, sorcerers, explains Dr. Mitov.

According to him, the people will surely enter the alternative medicine, so it is better that that segment is regulated so that there is no gray economy.
