It is not for nothing that they say that cats "have nine lives". It is proof of that Han the cat, which was pulled from the ruins in Turkey only 49 days after the devastating earthquake.

Its owner Nida Dina told the Turkish "Haber" that she visited the ruins of her building in the city of Kahramanmaras every day. She did not lose hope and did not give up the search for her beloved pet.

"Our building was damaged in the first earthquake. I went out with my daughter, but we couldn't find the cat. "We found it only now, when the removal of the ruins from our building began," said Dina.

The cat only had an injured paw and is currently receiving the necessary health care.
