VIDEO | Blake asks to examine Baldoni's cell phone, his lawyer is decisive: "He is desperately trying to find evidence"

Blake Lively's legal team has sent subpoenas seeking access to Justin Baldoni's cellphone data, reports say. TMZHer lawyers are seeking information from three phone companies, hoping to find something that will help them in their case against Baldoni.

In addition to Justin, they also want to examine the phones of Baldoni's publicists Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan, "This Ends with Us" producer Jamie Heath, crisis manager Jed Wallace, and the co-founder of Baldoni Studio, Steve Sarowitz.

Lively's lawyers, Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, say they want to "uncover the people, tactics and methods" who are they have attempted to destroy Blake Lively's career and reputation over the past year.” They also believe that Baldoni and his attorney, Brian Friedman, were not transparent in presenting the information.

Friedman commented on the move:

"Warrants are a normal part of the legal process. What is not normal is the information Blake Lively's team is requesting. They are requesting all messages, calls and other data for the last 2,5 years, regardless of who they were corresponding with and what they were about. This shows that they are desperately looking for something to prove their claims.”

Colin Hoover is back on Instagram

As a reminder, the author of the book "This Ends with" Colleen Hoover has reactivated her account. Last month she disappeared from social media, and now she has deleted all photos with Blake Lively from her reactivated account. Lively's account still has photos with Colleen.
