After the serious accident, which he experienced while clearing snow, the actor Jeremy Renner successfully recovers. In his first interview since being literally crushed by a 6.500kg snowplow, the actor says he would do it again because it saved his nephew's life.

During the near-miss accident, Renner suffered life-threatening injuries and 30 of his bones were crushed. In addition, he suffered a collapsed lung, a broken rib and a punctured liver.

The actor was helping his nephew pull the car out of the deep snow when the incident happened. The car suddenly lost control and headed towards his grandson Alexander. Renner tried to sit in the vehicle in an attempt to stop it, when he was suddenly pulled under it.

His diagnosis was "closed chest trauma and orthopedic injuries".

The 52-year-old actor was run over by a 6.500-kilogram machine that broke more than 30 bones.

During the interview, the actor could not hold back his tears while talking about the accident in which he suffered severe life-threatening injuries.

"I remember everything. I was awake during all of that," Renner revealed.

Renner was trying to use a snow plow to help his nephew pull the car out of the deep snow near his home, but forgot to put on the brakes when he got out of the vehicle to help him. The plow then started rolling toward Renner's nephew, and when the actor ran to try to get back inside and control the machine, he was pulled under it and crushed.

"I would do it all over again because the plow was going straight for my grandson," he revealed.

The ABC interview includes a recording of the 911 call after the accident in which the actor's nephew is heard telling police there was a lot of blood. Rehner's nephew, distraught, said he thought his uncle was dead.

"I chose to survive." It won't kill me, not at all. I lost a lot of blood and bones in this experience, but I was refueled – with love and titanium,” Renner said.

His nephew admitted he thought Renner was dead.

"I saw him in a pool of blood pouring from his head. I ran towards him, I didn't think he was alive" - ​​said his nephew.
