Hamije Haliti is on the list of passengers on the infernal bus which caught fire early this morning and burned completely on the Struma highway in neighboring Bulgaria, killing 46 passengers. Twelve of them are children. Seven injured are being treated at Pirogov Hospital in Sofia.

Hamije's husband, Bekim Haliti, together with his cousin, is waiting in front of the Besa Trans agency in the Old Skopje Bazaar, hoping to get some information about the fate of his wife and sister.

- They do not answer the phone, we called them. I heard from my wife yesterday around 16 pm and she only said when they would arrive. We saw the list of names, but it does not say who is alive or who is not. Most of them are children, there are 6 women left around my age, so we will see. They do not call from the agency either, Bekim Haliti who together with his cousin is waiting in front of the agency "Besa Trans" in the Old Skopje Bazaar.

They say they have not yet received any information about the case and who exactly died from the passengers who were returning from an excursion to Istanbul via Bulgaria on the fateful morning.

- And we do not know anything. Nobody called us, did not tell us from those who should give a statement. The agency should open and make a statement. We were at the Minister of Foreign Affairs and nothing from there, said Bekim Haliti.
