Actress Bedia Begovska, doyen of the Turkish Theater and the Macedonian Theater, is one of this year's winners of the state award "October 11" for 2021, the highest recognition for lifetime achievement. After many years of absence, she returned to the stage of the Turkish Theater with roles in the plays "The Cherry Orchard" directed by Vladimir Milcin and "The Famous Florence" directed by Dragana Milosevska.

About her latest role in the play "The Cherry Orchard" by Chekhov, Begovska says:

"I understand the character of Ljubov Andreeva as a mother, more specifically as a motherland, and the Cherry Orchard is our country in which we have lived and worked. Love runs away, is afraid to face the problems at home, at home and runs abroad, abroad as many of our people do now who can not cope here and run away as guest workers.
