The number of victims in the attack on the shopping center in Kremenchuk is growing, and the current death toll is 13 people.

"The governor of the Poltava region, Dmitry Lunin, said he feared the balance was not final and that it was too early to talk about the final death toll."

Ukraine has called for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council today over Russian shelling of civilian buildings in Kyiv and Kremenchuk.

A spokesman for Albania's diplomatic mission to the UN said the recent attacks on a residential complex in Kyiv and a shopping center in Kremenchuk by Russia "would be the main topic" of the session.

The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, said earlier today that at least 13 people were killed and more than 40 were injured in the attack on the mall.

Russia, which suspects that all this was directed by the West and Kyiv, also came forward.
Russia's deputy ambassador to the UN has said he doubts the veracity of the news coming from Kremenchuk.

"There is a lot of inconsistency in Kremenchuk, it looks like a provocation we have already seen in Bucha," the Russian diplomat said.

Meanwhile, the situation between NATO, Ukraine and Russia is deteriorating. During the NATO summit in Madrid, the member states announce a new course and a new strategy. It means more troops in the east and maybe new members.

It is already announced that out of the existing 40 thousand NATO forces, 400 thousand NATO troops and weapons and military equipment will be stationed within the reinforcement of its eastern wing.

According to US media, President Joe Biden plans to announce an increase in the US military presence in Poland, as well as changes in the deployment of US military contingents in the Baltic states, approved by him before the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

On the other hand, NATO diplomats will try to resolve the dispute between the member states, ie Turkey and the candidate countries Sweden and Finland. However according to the latest information.

For the time being, Ankara does not give in and announces a veto on the decision for Finland and Sweden to be admitted as members of the alliance.
