When you do not have much time or if unexpected guests ring at your door, make a quick cake with fruit and biscuits. Delicious, easy and fast. You need eight ingredients that you stack on top of each other, and then cool the cake in the fridge. The advantage is that it is not baked, so it will not be difficult to prepare it.
You can use other fruits instead of cherries, but they give this cake a refreshing taste together with the yogurt that you have mixed with the biscuits.
Ingredients:
300 g biscuits
300 g crushed biscuits
400 ml of yogurt
300 g cherries (or other fruit)
50 ml of water
10 g of corn starch
100 g sugar
150 g of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Mix the crushed biscuits, crushed biscuits and yogurt.
Combine the mixture, then pour half into a mold lined with baking paper.
Mix the cornstarch with the water, then put the cherries, sugar and starch in the pot. Boil all this, then pour the finished cherries and half of the mixture on the biscuits, and then another layer of biscuits and the remaining cherries.
Finally, pour over the melted chocolate. Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours.
