Patients were treated inappropriately in Oncology, confirmed the expert reports that the Prosecutor's Office received from neighboring Serbia.

"We sent histories to Serbia, about 16 histories, with which that expert report was drawn up and delivered to us. The other expert examination regarding the remaining 51 histories - that is not yet finished and we have a preliminary report that by the end of January that report will be ready as well," said the competent prosecutor at a press briefing.

According to the prosecutor, evidence for the sale of cytostatics in Kosovo has not been provided.

"However, we suspect that some patients were not given therapy at all, even though it was prescribed in their name," the prosecutor pointed out.
