Today, Davor shares a recipe for juicy baked goods with hot dogs.
"A delicious and quick meal that is not only easy to prepare, but will also become a favorite in your home," says Pancevski. "The little ones will like this recipe the most, and you can serve it as an appetizer or as part of the table for someone's birthday," he adds.
– 500 g of pie crust
– 8 hot dogs, cut in half
- 1 egg
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 70 ml of cooking oil
- 300 g of yellow cheese
– 4-5 spoons of mustard
– sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
In a deep bowl, beat the egg with the yogurt and cooking oil. Take a crust, spread it with the yogurt mixture and fold it in half. Spread a little mustard on the lower part of the crust and place 1 half of a hot dog. Sprinkle with grated cheese and fold into a roll. Cut the roll in half and place the pieces of dough in a pan lined with baking paper. Repeat the procedure with the remaining crusts and finally coat all the pieces of dough with the remaining liquid. Sprinkle with sesame and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Good appetite and fun cooking!
