Today, the Russian ambassador in Warsaw was summoned to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be informed of the condemnation of the illegal referendums and the annexation of Ukrainian territories from last week, as well as Russia's threats to world peace, including the threat to Poland. "Today, the Russian ambassadors in the member states of the European Union were summoned. And we called him to express our attitude to the illegal decisions of President Vladimir Putin on the annexation, also illegal, of the territory of Ukraine. It is also about the fact that the Russian Federation threatens world peace, as well as our country", informed the spokesperson of the Polish MFA, Lukasz Jashina.

After the meeting in the Polish MFA, the Russian ambassador to Poland, Sergey Andreyev, denied that Russia is violating international law.
