Varheji: Commitment to the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina is a bold step towards the EU

The European Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhei, said today that the commitment to the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina shows courage and determination on the way to the European Union.
On his Twitter account, Varheji congratulated Belgrade and Pristina after the end of yesterday's dialogue in Ohrid under the auspices of the EU.

He wrote that "the EU is ready to support both sides in the implementation process."

The High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security of the EU, Josep Borel, last night in Ohrid, after the meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, said that the two sides reached an agreement on the implementation annex to the Agreement on the Road to Normalization of Relations.

"Finally, after 12 hours, we have an agreement on how to implement the agreement that Serbia and Kosovo reached on February 27 in Brussels," said Borel in Ohrid.
