You have not yet tried this: How to make creamy homemade chocolate ice cream
A little effort to enjoy this dessert. With just four simple ingredients, you will get ice cream that will delight you.
- 500 ml of milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g chocolate (60-70 percent cocoa)
Put a metal container in the freezer for 2 hours. Bring the milk to a boil, and whisk the yolks and sugar well. When the milk boils, remove from the heat, then add the chocolate and stir until melted. Then add the beaten yolks and return to the stove on low heat for another 2,5 minutes. Stir. Be careful because it must not boil. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then remove the pan from the freezer and pour the hot ice cream into the cold pan. Stir. Return to the freezer for another 40-50 minutes. Remove, stir, then return to the freezer for 40-50 minutes. Then pour into the container in which you will store the ice cream and put it to freeze overnight.
