This morning, while changing light bulbs in the facility of the "11 October" kindergarten in Butel, the housemaster fell from a ladder and was urgently transported to the Emergency Department of the "Mother Teresa" Clinical Center with an emergency medical team, according to the "Sloboden Pechat" employees of the kindergarten. They say that the man was older and not at all capable of performing this work task and even had a disability solution and should have been transferred to another job. From 2005 onwards, the decision was not implemented.

"Sloboden Pechat" contacted the director of the kindergarten Mimi Zashovska. She says that she could not implement the decision on the worker's allocation to another workplace due to disability, because that decision was from the former Yugoslavia. But the decision is from 2005, issued in independent Macedonia.

Director Zashovska told "Sloboden Pechat" that the employee was supposed to be on sick leave and that he voluntarily returned to the kindergarten to change light bulbs without receiving an order to do so from anyone and without reporting to the headmistress.

Relatives of the injured worker told "Sloboden Pechat" that this is untrue, because the worker had a seven-day sick leave approved by a doctor, which meant that he was supposed to report to work today.

-At 10:8 this morning he came to work and fell off a ladder. He performed those work tasks arbitrarily, I didn't even know that he was back from sick leave, he didn't even report to the manager. As for the decision on disability, it's not that I don't want to redistribute it, but I can't act on a decision from 2005, from the former Yugoslavia, Director Zashovska told "Sloboden Pechat".

She added that a labor inspection came recently and from there they concluded that that document from 2005 should have been renewed. But the employee's relatives claim that the document is of permanent validity, that is, for life, and none of the directors wanted to implement it so far.

Otherwise, it is about an adult man, with numerous injuries to the pelvis sustained from a traffic accident, as well as injuries to the leg.

In this kindergarten, the teacher himself recently wrote off her child, who is on the autistic spectrum, due to dissatisfaction with the treatment.
