At tomorrow's session, the Constitutional Court will issue a final decision on the case in which the Decision on the Detailed Urban Plan, adopted by the Council of the Municipality of Centar in 2014, is contested, and it refers to City District J 07, which includes Kapistec, the Institute for Medical Rehabilitation , Staro Vodno, Dolno Vodno, Malo Kurilo and Cveqara.

At the session that was held on November 16 last year, the Constitutional Court initiated a procedure and in the meantime stopped the execution of individual acts or actions that are taken on the basis of the contested Decision, that is, it introduced a so-called "temporary measure".

The Constitutional Court started a procedure for the Decision by which the DUP was adopted, expressed doubts about the constitutionality and legality of the procedure, that is, the adoption of the decision with 11 votes "for".
