Hurricane Sam reached the third category in the Atlantic

Hurricane Sam today intensified into a Category XNUMX hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean, and is expected to be even stronger over the weekend.

So far, no warnings have been issued for Hurricane Sam, which was located about 1.760 kilometers east and southeast of the northern Windy Islands in the Caribbean Sea.

The hurricane is moving west and northwest at a speed of 16 kilometers per hour.

The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Hurricane Sam was accompanied by winds of 195 kilometers per hour.

It is expected to turn into a category 225 hurricane tomorrow with a wind speed of XNUMX kilometers per hour.
