Pro-Russian forces from the strategically important Kherson region have announced that the Ukrainian army has again fired more than one kilometer long "Antonivsky" bridge in the occupied city of Kherson.

"The blow was delivered to the 'Antonivski' bridge." The equipment of the builders who repaired the bridge burned, there are no critical damages," said Kiril Stremusov, deputy head of the pro-Russian administration.

Ukrainian forces repeatedly shelled this bridge with high-precision weapons, as it is one of two permanent roads over the Dnieper River and a bridge that connects the occupied city with the rest of the Kherson region as far south as Crimea.

HIMARS is creating big problems for the Russians

The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov informed the public about the situation in the occupied city through a post on Telegram.

"Today, the temporarily deployed occupation forces were attacked in different areas of Melitopol with the HIMARS missile system. "Last week, the occupiers moved a significant part of the anti-aircraft defense from Melitopol to Kherson," Fedorov wrote.

He pointed out that it has been shown that "enemy forces" cannot oppose the American long-range HIMARS missile systems.

"Russia probably uses controversial mines"

Russia is likely to be laying anti-personnel mines to restrict freedom of movement along its defensive lines in Donetsk and Kramatorsk in Ukraine's eastern Donbass region, Britain's Ministry of Defense said.

Namely, PFM-1 and PFM-1S mines can cause heavy losses to the military and the local civilian population.
