Ukrainian MP: Buying Russian oil finances rape and murder

This year's World Economic Forum (WEF) will be held from tomorrow to Thursday in Davos, and the first speech of the WEF this year is left to the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski, although it will be realized online.

The war in Ukraine, the coronavirus pandemic and climate change are the dominant themes of this year's WEF. Besides Zelensky, the mayor of Kyiv is also expected to address the forum Vitali Klitschko and his brother Vladimir.

The Ukrainian MP and member of the Ukrainian delegation to the WEF, Ivana Klimpush He told Sky News that Europe's reliance on Russian oil and gas was financing the rape and murder of Ukrainian children.

She added that the West must stop its usual business with Russia and called for Ukraine to be supplied with as many weapons as possible and a complete embargo on Russian energy.

World leaders, businessmen, politicians and analysts will also discuss the consequences of the war on supply chains, energy supply and food security.
