Ukraine has full control over the Russian city of Suja, through which natural gas from Siberia passes

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, said today that Ukrainian troops have full control over the Russian city of Suja in the Kursk region.

Before the war, about 5.000 people lived in the city, which is the largest that Ukraine has allegedly captured so far.

Natural gas flows from West Siberian gas fields through pipelines that pass through Suja and cross the Ukrainian border to enter the Ukrainian system.
