Dutch police said today they have arrested three people on suspicion of being linked to an explosion that killed six people at an apartment building in The Hague on Saturday morning.

It is said to be investigating "all possibilities" that could have led to the explosion.

We do not rule out new arrests, the police said, reports Reuters.

Several vehicles have been seized, but police say it is not certain that it is the car that sped away after the explosion.
