In the Ohrid area yesterday, teams of police officers from the Ohrid State Police and officers from the State Market Inspectorate carried out joint controls on persons selling products in public areas.

At two stalls in the city market, S.J. (63) from Ohrid and E.P. (47) from Kriva Palanka were found displaying knives, metal boxing gloves, telescopic batons, handcuffs, pliers, metal batons, folding knives, electroshock devices, various sprays and other items for sale.
The items have been seized and appropriate charges will be filed against both individuals.
