The president of the Football Federation of Kosovo was arrested
The President of the Football Federation of Kosovo, Agim Ademi was arrested today the Kosovo media announced.
For now, the reasons for Ademi's detention are not known. In previous years, the media in the region reported that FS Kosovo was under investigation by the prosecutor's office and the customs service for misappropriation of funds and tax evasion.
Ademi was last week found not guilty of the charges against him since 2012, when he was originally sentenced to nine months in prison, but then the Supreme Court retrialed. In the end, the Basic Court in Pristina declared him innocent. He succeeded the famous football player as president of the Football Federation of Kosovo Fadilj Vokri.
