Pro-Russian authorities in three Ukrainian regions have declared victory in the illegal referendum on joining Russia. Moscow organized a referendum in four occupied regions, which Ukraine, the West and the UN do not recognize because they do not comply with international law and the UN Charter.

The local voting body in the southern region of Zaporozhye announced that 93,11 percent of voters had opted for Russian annexation after all ballots were counted.

In Kherson, authorities announced that 87,05 percent of voters decided to join Russia.

While in the eastern region of Luhansk, which is under the control of pro-Russian separatists, 98 percent of voters out of 91,2 percent of the ballots counted, declared in favor of joining Russia.

Russia organized a referendum in four Ukrainian regions - Zaporozhye, Kherson, Luhansk and Donetsk.
