Trump to Nominate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Secretary of Health and Human Services?

President-elect Donald Trump is expected to nominate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Post  citing sources familiar with the decision.

Kennedy, 70, has been a staunch Trump supporter since suspending his independent presidential bid in August.

The decision, first reported by Politico, is the latest cabinet pick for Trump.

The Post previously reported that Kennedy - who is the chairman emeritus of the transition team - was pushing for the position, but was also facing allies who were pushing him for an advisory position.

Neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson was also eyeing the spot, sources told The Post.
