The rapper's six-year-old son Flo Ryda, Zohar fell from the window of a fifth-floor apartment in a New Jersey apartment complex and is currently in intensive care with serious injuries, it says "page six".

The former partner of the rapper and mother of Zohar, Alexis Adams revealed in a lawsuit filed Monday that the incident occurred on March 4 and that the boy was hospitalized with broken pelvis and foot, liver and lung damage and internal bleeding.

The mother claims that the building they live in has windows that are dangerous, causing her son, who was born with a rare neurological disorder, to fall onto the concrete pavement in front of the building. She sued the owners and managers of the apartment complex, the construction company, the company that installed the windows and several other people.

"As a single mother of a child with special needs, what I feel is a nightmare. "My heart is broken into a million pieces," she told "News12".

She is seeking damages, payment of Zohar's legal fees and medical expenses.

"I am devastated, furious and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child suffered serious injuries due to the willful negligence of the owner [of the apartment complex] and others involved in failing to take the necessary safety precautions," she added.

The rapper has yet to comment on the situation, but the mother says he is not involved in her son's life.

Zohar was born in September 2016 and, since birth, he has been battling hydrocephalus – enlargement of the brain's ventricles or cavities with excess cerebrospinal fluid.
