The famous Croatian musician Tonci Huljic is the first guest in the new music show "Nota bene" on TV Laudato, a Croatian family television with Christian values. Among other things, Huljic talks about why he no longer performs live, about his childhood and about religion.

"I am a composer. The new generations don't know that, but I am happy that the new generations love me. On the street they recognize me with 'Ene go, the singer...'. That's why I decided not to perform live. I'm working on 'Madre Badesa', it's something that directed my career into more serious waters and revealed the real me," he explained.

Regarding his childhood, education and musical path, the composer says that "a person must be born with social intelligence".

"To attain social intelligence, you must have a broader education than what today's education offers. It starts with home education and with several other schools in parallel. When I was a high school student, I went to three schools at the same time, recalls Huljic, who believes that today there are not many people over 60 who are still relevant and write songs, and are already living on their old glory. According to him, it is unthinkable.

Huljic also talks openly about religion and the fact that, during the pandemic, he created the first pop mass in the world - "Pop Misa Mediterrane".

“Whatever I do in life, I wonder if Jesus would do the same. "Faith is renunciation, and you have to make up your mind about it," says the composer.
