English premier league player Chelsea got a new owner in Todd Boli, but the American billionaire showed with his moves that he does not understand football and asked the manager to play with a player more than allowed.

It hurt last week after Chelsea's defeat by Dinamo Zagreb (1:0) at the start of The Champions League, fired back at the manager Thomas Tuchel although he won the title in Europe's elite competition a year earlier, he was left without strikers this summer by selling Timo Werner and sending Romelu Lukaku on loan.

This move by Bolly is not the first one that drove Chelsea fans crazy and showed that he doesn't understand football. Before the start of the season, he had a meeting with Tuchel and suggested that the team play with 12 players, i.e. play in formation 4-4-3.

But this is not the only slip by Bolly, who, by purchasing Chelsea, committed to continue the development of the football academy, which he considers one of the best in the world.

- Mohamed Salah, Kevin de Bruyne, Tammy Abraham, Rhys James, Mason Mount, Trevoh Chalobah came out of our academy - were the words of Bolly.

These words of Bolly are not correct because Salah arrived at Chelsea from Basel, while de Bruyne from Genk, while Abraham, James, Mount and Chalobah are products of the academy.

The American presented another proposal to the public, which met with indignation from the public, but also from the fans, although he thinks that with him the clubs would earn more money, he wants to organize all-star game following the example of American sports.

– Major League Baseball (MLB) organized an all-star game that earned $200 million in two days. You can organize a match between the north and the south in the Premier League and make easy money - said Boley.

At the end of May, Todd Boley bought Chelsea from Abramovich for 4.28 billion pounds. The Russian billionaire was forced to sell Chelsea due to the sanctions imposed by the UK government because of his contacts with the Kremlin.
