Tiramisu cake with raspberries, it is easy to prepare and the taste is fantastic

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert that is prepared according to a traditional recipe with biscuits - soaked in espresso coffee, cheese, eggs, sugar, marsala wine or rum and cocoa. The original recipe does not mention the use of alcohol, considering that at the beginning this dessert was intended for everyone, from children to adults and the elderly. This time we offer you a spring and refreshing version of this popular dessert – tiramisu with raspberries.

Ingredients:

- 250 ml sweet sour cream
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 500 g of mascarpone cheese
– 1 cup of espresso coffee
– 3 tablespoons of amaretto or other alcohol
- 150 g biscuits
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 200 g of raspberries

Preparation:

Beat the sweet cream with the sugar and add the mascarpone. Combine the coffee with the amaretto. Dip the biscuits one at a time into the coffee and alcohol mixture.

Arrange a layer of coffee-dipped biscuits in a bowl. Place half of the cream and cheese mixture and cover with another layer of biscuits. Add the rest of the mixture. Cover the top with cocoa, then cover the entire surface with raspberries. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
