The Gostivar Basic Public Prosecutor's Office filed charges against two individuals and one legal entity from Kosovo for the crime of Illegal Construction in Mavrovo.

After the case, which grew into a scandal about which extensively wrote "Free Press", the accused Kosovars, father and daughter, as well as the legal entity in which the daughter was the manager, in the period from July 10 to September 20 last year, without a building permit issued by a competent authority, started building eight bungalows in the village of Leunovo, Mavrovo municipality and Rostushe.

The solid construction facilities, about 200-300 meters from the lake, were recorded during a control by a construction inspector, during which the investors were ordered to stop the construction activities.

Despite this, they continued to build the facilities against the law.
