Boxing world champion Tyson Fury sent Joshua a contract for a spectacle at Wembley
The world boxing champion, in the heavyweight division of the World Boxing Council (WBC), the Briton Tyson Fury informed the public that he had sent a contract to the compatriot Anthony Joshua for a fight at the "Wembley" stadium in London in September this year, reports "Sky Sports". Fury, 34, has not boxed since defending his title against another Briton, Derek Chisora, in December.
Last September he scrapped his proposed Battle of Britain against two-time world champion Joshua, saying at the time that his countryman had not signed the contract before the deadline.
– It's a fight that everyone wants to see, including me. This time I will not make a million videos and keep pushing - wrote the invincible Fury on his Instagram.
Earlier this year, the Brit was due to face Ukrainian Alexander Usyk, the IBF, IBO, WBO and WBA champion, but talks collapsed in March.
Fury has 33 wins and one draw in 34 fights, while Joshua has 25 wins and three losses in 28 fights in the professional ring.
Joshua, who beat American Jermaine Franklin on points in London in April, has lost twice to the 36-year-old Usyk.
