Deep sadness and depression

Vesna loved her profession and always said that she never wanted to retire, but family tragedies made her leave the scene. In a short time she lost her husband and parents and could not bear to see how happy the people around her were.

The actress never hid the fact that great sadness entered her life and she fell into a deep depression.

- During the bombing, Zivko failed. I felt great, too much pain. One son left to become a monk. He told me: "All my walls have been torn down." I stared at the wall, depressed. We used to be a big, happy and harmonious family. I could not play, I asked for a pension. The comedian's job is to bring joy to people, and I had no more joy - Vesna said on one occasion and revealed how they lived.

- The pension was seven thousand dinars. We were hungry. I thought I lost a lot of my memory because of that. A humane boss in the grocery store near the home, who has been giving us food on credit for years, loved Zivko's films. He was still alive. I remember once receiving some money and being able to choose whether to go to the market or repay part of the debt. However, I went to the market. The young onion "peeked" from my bags and I turned around the whole neighborhood so that it would not see me. I told Zivko, and he told me: "Play it on stage. And that is life. "

Family violence

After her husband's death, her life turned into a new hell. Namely, information was leaked to the public in 2006 that her son was harassing her. Despite the difficult life circumstances that happened to her, Vesna always bravely and with a smile remembered the details of the past, both from her professional and private life.

Vesna's life path became very difficult after Zivko's death. In the 2001s, she left for America with her sons and husband. When they arrived in Hollywood, they saw that there was no place for them here and one day they packed up and returned to Yugoslavia. They left for Montenegro, where Zivko died in XNUMX. After his death, the actress returned to Belgrade with her sons to go to school. Then began her ordeal, which ended in a shelter for victims of domestic violence - said a friend close to the family.

Vesna never spoke publicly about the alleged abuse by her son.
