NATO is working on the possibility of sending more air defense systems to Ukraine, said today the Secretary General of the Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, quoted by the British media.

"We collected data on the various air defense systems that we have in NATO and focused on the Patriot systems," Stoltenberg said from the Italian island of Capri, where he was attending a meeting of G7 foreign ministers.

"I am encouraged by the commitment and determination of NATO allies to support Ukraine," added the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty.

According to him, there are encouraging signs that the US Congress may soon unblock the $60,84 billion aid package for Ukraine.
