Stockholm with a green vision - a ban on gasoline and diesel
The capital of Sweden has adopted a strategic document according to which from 2030 the center of this city will be banned for the movement of cars equipped with gasoline and diesel engines.
To achieve this ambitious goal, the city authorities will intensify the process of installing chargers for electric cars, and thus improve the infrastructure necessary for electric cars.
It is proposed to reduce the pollution tax for electric vehicles, and at the same time increase it for vehicles equipped with gasoline or diesel engine.
More and more European cities are presenting their green development plans. London, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Oslo, Copenhagen are part of the cities, and Stockholm officially joins this series.
