Many people in the modern world struggle with high levels of fat or cholesterol in the blood because of their fast-paced lifestyle, but also because of their genetic predisposition.

This syrup has been shown to be very effective in lowering high cholesterol.


- 1 kg of lemon
- 5-6 bunches of parsley
- 3 liters of water
- 1 sachet of baking soda


Wash the lemon first in cold water, then soak it in warm water and pour a sachet of baking soda. Leave it for about an hour.

Chop the parsley together with the stalk into small pieces. Finely chop the lemon together with the peel. Put the parsley and lemon in a pot and pour three liters of water. Boil the ingredients with the water on a low heat - 2 to 3 hours. When cooked, drain the drink.

You should get about 1,5 liters of syrup. It is drunk every morning, on an empty stomach, the measure is a full small glass, like the one for brandy. The measure is enough for 15 days, if drunk every morning.
