The Municipality of Centar started with the reconstruction of an old and damaged facade of a collective residential building on Ilinden Boulevard, with an area of ​​2.200 square meters.

- Its authentic appearance will be kept, and the colors, as is already the practice, will be chosen in agreement with the tenants. The new facades provide much better living conditions for the tenants, protected from the influence of changes in the seasons and 30 percent lower electricity bills - says the mayor of the Municipality of Centar, Goran Gerasimovski.

The reconstruction involves installing thermal insulation on the entire facade, which should be completed by the end of June this year. The municipality of Centar covers 70 percent of the financial resources for the implementation of the project, and the rest is an investment of the community of apartment owners of the building.

The municipality of Centar will soon announce a new public call for registration of interested communities of apartment owners from the territory of the municipality for subsidizing the reconstruction of facades. About 7.000.000 denars have been allocated from the Budget for this purpose.
