A square in "Belgrade on water" reached the price of 10.184 euros

According to the data of the Republic Geodetic Office in Serbia, the most expensive square meter was sold in "Belgrade on water" at a price of 10.184 euros, while the most expensive apartment with an area of ​​383 square meters was sold for a total price of 2.469.888 euros. For the purchase of real estate in the fourth quarter of last year in Serbia, 2,3 billion euros were allocated, which is 27,3 percent more than a year ago.

As stated in the announcement that published the analysis of the real estate market in Serbia for the fourth quarter of 2022, as well as the comparative analysis of the data in the period from 2018 to 2022, the real estate market in Serbia "records positive trends" in the last quarter of last year, reports RTS. According to that report, the City of Belgrade recorded the largest number of sales contracts, a total of 9.547.

The largest number of sales contracts were recorded in the area of ​​the First Basic Court in Belgrade, and the largest number of contracts, a total of 774, were concluded in the office of notary Srbislav Cvejić. The largest part of the total assets is occupied by the sale of apartments, with a share of 55 percent and 1,2 billion euros in the fourth quarter of 2022.

As for the method of payment, nine percent of the entire real estate was paid from loans, which is four percent less compared to the previous period, and apartments were mostly paid from loan funds.
