Meeting between Mejti and the head of the OSCE Mission, Val

The First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Izet Majiti hosted a working meeting today with the ambassador of the OSCE Mission to the Republic of North Macedonia, Kilian Val.

Mejti and Val discussed the possibilities of cooperation in a continuous partnership with the aim of advancing priority reforms in accordance with the commitments of the OSCE.

The two interlocutors agreed that they aim to strengthen the rule of law, the fight against corruption, gender equality and the empowerment of young people, while the promotion of transparency, human rights and sustainable development for the benefit of all citizens remains a common goal.

First Vice Prime Minister Majiti reiterated that he is fully committed to the progress of the country's integration agenda towards joining the European Union, as the only solution and with massive support from the citizens.
