In the medium term, the biggest problem for Bulgaria is inflation, in the long term – demography. That opinion was expressed by the President of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, at the "World before 2023" forum.

He pointed out that Bulgarians have the lowest personal savings in the European Union.

"The difference between the gross domestic product per capita between Sofia and the last municipality is four and a half times, pointed out Radev.

"This is not good for a developed European country, as Bulgaria claims," he added.

According to the President of Bulgaria, the big question is how long and how the state and European institutions will help, BTA reported.
