Stefan Spirovski, who is one of the players in the Macedonian national team who left a strong impression in the September qualifiers against Armenia, Iceland and Romania, talks about the first impressions from the cooperation with the new coach Blagoja Milevski and the professional staff, as well as the importance of the team above all. .

- The impressions from our cooperation with the new coach Blagoja Milevski and the professional staff are more than positive. Although the time for the preparations before the September matches was relatively short, I have only words of praise for the beginning of our cooperation. We are together for the first time, but his principle of work is immediately noticeable, as a coach, but also as a person, and this is confirmed by my colleagues who have already worked with him. I think that as a team we will cooperate well in the future - says Spirovski for the official website of FFM.

The midfielder, who is starting a new club adventure in Mariupol, Ukraine, says that it is very important for the players that the coach establishes direct and close communication.

- It is really important for me, and I believe for everyone else, that it is open to everyone in the team. If any of the players addresses him for a certain situation, the coach will be here for us. To listen and talk to us. To point out a mistake or to praise a certain thing. In the last three matches we showed how to play for the national jersey. We may not have lived up to the expectations of the audience, but we know we are on the right track. We are convinced that the results will come if we continue to work in this way.

Spirovski points out that the preparation for the matches is what makes the players in the national team especially satisfied, and it refers to the tactical analysis of the matches, the instructions that each player receives separately and the analysis of the opponent down to the smallest detail.

- The preparation for the matches is different. We know that every coach has his own methods of work. This selector and his associates capture the smallest details. - As a team we have our goals. Again, I will say, although as a result we may not have met the expectations of the Macedonian fans, I think we are on the right track to do something big again and Macedonia to play in a big competition.
